Shipping Policy
Thank you for being understanding and patient with us during this pandemic. Any local pickup orders will require a minimum of 3 days to process and once ready we will confirm pickup location and time with you. Journey Apparel has a 7 day window for any pickup orders. After the 7 days, we will charge a holding fee. Shipping orders should arrive in 3-4 days after processing. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking number through USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are pleased with your order, but if you are not .. you have 3 days from the date your product was received to return your unused and unworn item. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Journey Apparel reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. Any item(s) damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

All items sold at a popup event or via story sale are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All clearance items are final sale.
